MCGS高精度低溫槽控制器LKTC-H系列智能溫度控制儀表是高性能、高精度的溫度控制模塊，具有如下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

①采用多年來自研PID智能模糊控溫，控溫準(zhǔn)確，穩(wěn)定時(shí)間短，溫度漂浮小。自適應(yīng)PID，一鍵自整定。

②加熱24A或41A可控硅輸出，繼電器保護(hù)，制冷30A繼電器；可集成濕度，壓力等4路輸入和4路輸出（可自定義報(bào)警，固態(tài)，風(fēng)機(jī)，門鎖，循環(huán)，攪拌等功能）。

③PT100/K電偶雙輸入，自動(dòng)切換；超溫報(bào)警（范圍可設(shè)置)，傳感器脫落報(bào)警保護(hù)。

④99程序段，多點(diǎn)溫度校準(zhǔn)。

⑤2路標(biāo)準(zhǔn)RS485等通用接口（液晶/觸摸屏顯示可任意切換，無需換主板），可配置MODBUS RTU 通訊協(xié)議，一臺(tái)主機(jī)控制多套設(shè)備，ROM數(shù)據(jù)下載，數(shù)據(jù)自采集。可接上位機(jī)軟件，實(shí)時(shí)控制或者查看分析設(shè)備歷史實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)和曲線。
