离体心脏灌流

离体心脏灌流系统分为LANGENDORF系统和工作心脏系统； 工作心脏系统又有循环和非循环、定压和定流多种规格，含支架、管路系统、蠕动泵、控温水浴槽。

Langendorff系统可以得到如下参数

LVP----Isovolumetric LVP or Contraction Force左室压或心肌收缩力

PP-----Perfusion Pressure (aortic pressure) 灌注压（主动脉血压）

CF-----Coronary Flow冠脉流量

ECG----Single Lead Electrocardiogram单导心电图

MAP----Single Monophasic Action Potential单导单相动作电位

Multiple ECG----Lead I, II, III, aVr, aVf, aVl, V1-V6多导心电图

Multiple MAP----up to 8多导单相动作电位

pO2a / e ----Oxygen Partial Pressure in the Affluent/Effluent氧分压

pH-----pH in the Effluent

离体组织灌流装置含支架、液体管路系统、控温水浴槽、肌张力换能器、放大器，有2、3、4、6、8通道多种规格，浴槽容积有5ml,10ml,20ml三种规格,可做离体肌肉条或血管条。
