　　New way to trace PARP1 dynamics in live cells after microirradiation

　　With the PARP1-Chromobody® plasmid you obtain the sequence of the Alpaca antibody to PARP1 fused to TagRFP or TagGFP (Evrogen). Upon transformation, your cells express the PARP1-Chromobody® and PARP1 is visualized by binding of the fluorescent Chromobody®. The binding does not influence cell viability or enzymatic activity and thus offers you the unique possibility to observe PARP1 in your cells.
