法規(guī)要求

偶氮是環(huán)保要求的必檢項目之一，檢驗方法有以下兩種:氣相色譜及質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用法(GC-MSD)及高效液相色譜法(HPLC)。標準規(guī)定被檢產(chǎn)品中不得含有24種偶氮染料中間體，若檢出其中一種即為不合格產(chǎn)品，其*為要求如下:
GB 18401-2010中可分解致癌芳香胺染料:禁用(*值≤20mg/kg);
GB 20400-2006中規(guī)定可分解有害芳香胺染料:≤30mg/kg(23種禁用芳香胺)
REACH(Registration，Evaluation， Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals)Annex 17 entry 43中規(guī)定:禁止的22種致癌芳香胺(*值≤30mg/kg);
OEKO-TEX®standard 100 Appendix 4 中規(guī)定: not used(*值≤20mg/kg)
日本勞動衛(wèi)生福利部(MHLW)通過修訂"家用產(chǎn)品有害物質(zhì)管控法案"，將24種偶氮染料列為有害污染物，并進行管控。此法案將于2016年4月1日正式生效(*值≤30mg/kg)。

測試標準
