5、洗涤剂工厂中制造洗涤剂所有的酶制剂,塑料工厂的甲苯二异氰酸酯,橡胶工厂的乳胶,制药厂的抗生素及其他化学原料等现代职业的环境变应原。

6、某些现代生活方式有关的环境性变应原,如使用化妆品及猫、鹦鹉等。当人体长期生活在这种不良环境因素影响之下时,可导致免疫功能失调,zui终造成对环境的细菌反应,从而引起湿疹。

感染因素
某些湿疹与微生物的感染有关。这些微生物包括金黄色葡萄球菌、马拉色菌、气源性真菌如交链孢霉、分枝孢霉、点青霉、烟曲霉、镰刀霉、产黄青霉、黑曲霉及黑根霉等。其依据主要有三个面:

1、某些湿疹患者的皮损微生物检出率较高。

2、皮肤微生物对某些湿疹有致病作用。国内有学者报道在非特应性湿疹皮炎患者皮损中总的金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为31.6%,总的细菌检出率为70.6%,在金黄色葡萄球以外的细菌中,表皮葡萄球菌占62.7%,溶血型链球菌占1.7%,其他球菌占19.6%,杆菌占5.1%。在临床上无可疑细菌感染的湿疹患者中,急性湿疹皮炎患者皮损金黄色葡萄球菌及总细菌阳性率zui高,分别为46.1%,76.9%;均高于慢性湿疹及亚急性湿疹皮炎患者。盘状湿疹患者皮损金黄色葡萄球菌及总细菌阳性zui高,分别为52.9%,100%;均高于其他类型的湿疹。在脂溢性皮炎皮损中马拉色菌检出率为81.3%;花斑癣皮损中马拉色菌检出率为96.3%;湿疹皮炎皮损中马拉色菌检出率为59.7%;而急性湿疹皮损马拉色菌检出率为56.3%;手部湿疹皮损马拉色菌检出率为47.6%。某些皮肤微生物对湿疹有致病作用。Fujisanva等用交链孢霉、杂色曲霉、枸橼青霉等气源性真菌的浸出液抗原,在夏季复发或加重的湿疹皮炎患者进行斑贴试验、皮内试验及激发试验。结果皮内试验速发反应阳性率在湿疹样皮炎、特应性皮炎患者均高于正常对照组,且以特应性皮炎患者zui高,为68.2%,而皮内试验迟发型反应(72小时观察)阳性率在湿疹样皮炎及特应性皮炎患者均高于正常对照组,以湿疹样皮炎zui高为40%。而斑贴试验和激发试验也在一部分患者中获阳性,结果说明,湿疹性皮炎与气源性真菌有关,真菌局部接触也可致皮炎,吸入真菌也可致皮炎的产生。

Some skin microorganisms have a pathogenic effect on eczema.
