Glypican-3 磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖3?

Glypican- 3是一种硫酸肝素糖蛋白和癌胚抗原。该基因编码这种蛋白位于Xq26。过度生长综合症（Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome）与该基因缺失的基因是有关。Glypican-3 表达于胚胎性肝、肾、肺组织及胎盘组织滋养叶细胞层中，在肿瘤性组织中在肝癌、卵黄囊瘤、绒毛膜癌、黑色素瘤中可见Glypican-3表达，在其他组织中不表达。现有文献推荐和CD34联合使用于良、恶性肝细胞肿瘤的研究。

Glypican-3 is a heparin sulfate glycoprotein and carcinoembryonic antigen. This gene encodes this protein at Xq26. Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome is associated with a gene that is missing from the gene. Glypican-3 is expressed in the trophoblast cell layer of embryonic liver, kidney, lung and placental tissues. Glypican-3 is found in hepatocellular carcinoma, yolk sac tumor, choriocarcinoma and melanoma in tumor tissues. In other tissues Not expressed. The existing literature and CD34 recommended for the study of benign and malignant hepatocellular carcinoma.
