EGFR表皮生长因子受体（兔单克隆抗体）

EGFR是一种分子量为 170 kDa 的膜蛋白，属于Ⅰ型生长因子受体家族成员，由一个能结合表皮生长因子的胞外功能区、一个短的跨膜区和一个具有酪氨酸激酶活性的胞内区组成。EGFR 表达于多种正常组织，特别是复层上皮和鳞状上皮的基底层。EGFR 的过表达见于多种肿瘤组织，如乳腺、膀胱、肺、胃、食管以及头颈部肿瘤等。乳腺癌病人EGFR的过表达预示其生存期短、内分泌治疗疗效差；胃癌病人则表明其预后差。

EGFR is a 170 kDa membrane protein that belongs to the type I growth factor receptor family and consists of an extracellular domain that binds epidermal growth factor, a short transmembrane region, and a tyrosine kinase-active Intracellular zone composition. EGFR is expressed on a variety of normal tissues, especially the basal layers of stratified epithelium and squamous epithelium. Overexpression of EGFR is found in a variety of tumor tissues such as breast, bladder, lung, stomach, esophagus and head and neck tumors. Overexpression of EGFR in breast cancer patients indicates a short survival period and poor response to endocrine therapy. Patients with gastric cancer show poor prognosis.
