Cytokeratin 8/18(细胞角蛋白8/18)

SPM141 能识别分子量分别为 52.5KDa(CK8)和 45Kda(CK18)的角蛋白。正常组织中,SPM141识别所有的单层上皮和腺上皮。在肿瘤中,该抗体能识别腺癌和某些鳞癌,结合高分子量角蛋白可以排除鳞癌。该抗体主要用于腺癌、类癌的研究,角化的鳞状上皮一般不表达此类抗原。革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌是根据对细菌进行革兰氏染色的结果来区分的,如果将细菌作革兰氏染色,凡染后菌体呈紫色的,称“革兰氏阳性菌”, 菌体呈伊红色,称“革兰氏阴性菌” 。无论阳性菌还是阴性菌都有杆菌和球菌。葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌是临床zui为常见的病原菌,葡萄球菌属于革兰阳性球菌,大肠杆菌属于革兰阴性菌中的肠杆菌科,除大肠杆菌以外,临床较常见的肠杆菌科细菌还有变形杆菌、沙门氏菌、克雷白杆菌;绿脓杆菌属于假单胞菌,为非发酵菌,是临床常见的较耐药革兰阴性杆菌。
