CEA癌胚抗原（鼠单克隆抗体）

CEA是一种分子量为 180KDa 的糖蛋白，在妊娠第 8 周胎儿的肠、肝、胰腺中开始产生，到 20 周停止生成。当发生肿瘤时可重新表达，广泛分布存在各种上皮性肿瘤，尤其是胃肠道恶性肿瘤，其中以结肠腺癌为甚，约有 70%～90%患者显示阳性。CEA 分布阳性类型与肿瘤的恶性程度有关。CEA 与 EMA 一样可作为上皮性恶性肿瘤的重要参考依据。

CEA is a 180 kDa glycoprotein that begins to develop in the intestine, liver, and pancreas of the fetus during the 8th week of gestation, stopping production by 20 weeks. When the tumor can be re-expressed, the widespread distribution of a variety of epithelial tumors, especially gastrointestinal cancer, colon adenocarcinoma is even more, about 70% to 90% of patients showed positive. The positive type of CEA distribution is related to the malignancy of the tumor. CEA and EMA can be used as an important reference for epithelial malignancies.
