糖链抗原CA199是胰腺癌和结直肠癌的肿瘤标志物。胰腺癌和结直肠癌时指标明显升高，它的Cutoff值一般小于35KU/L,CA199小于1000KU/L，有一定的手术意义。另外，因为到目前为止尚未发现100%特异性和100%灵敏度的肿瘤标志物，肿瘤标志物和肿瘤之间不是一一对应关系，而只是有相关性，也就是说糖链抗原CA199指标高并不一定说明是得了胰腺癌或结直肠癌，某些肝癌、胃癌以及前列腺癌患者有时候该值也会升高。另外还有假阳性的存在，良性患者如胰腺炎和黄疸时也可升高，但其浓度一般低于120KU/L,且具有一过性，须注意鉴别。

4、克霉唑为广谱抗真菌药
1—5%软膏皮肤外用，口服易吸收，剂量每日20—60mg/kg，分3次口服。全身性深部真菌感染可与二性霉菌B联合使用。副作用有胃肠症状、兴奋失眠、荨麻疹、白细胞减少、ALT升高等。
5、酮康唑合成的口服咪唑类抗真菌药
系咪唑类衍生物。通过抑制麦角甾醇的合成，改变真菌细胞的通透性，导致真菌死亡?？咕坠?，口服体内吸收良好，毒性反应低，对念珠菌病、曲霉菌病、组织胞浆菌病等疗效均显著?？技亮浚禾逯?0公斤以下者每日口服100mg，30公斤以上每日口服200—400mg，1—4岁者每日口服50mg，5—12岁，每日口服100mg，如小儿每日达400mg高剂量时，可有抗原抗体、呕吐、一过性的低胆固醇血症状和肝功能异常。
