：We are pleased to inform you on November 1st, 2009, the "Protein expression" department of Invitek Biotechnology & Biodesign mbH Company, completed its spin-off (started in September 2009).
The new company is named ProteaImmun GmbH, which continues to offer human proteases, ELISA, protein assays and antibodies. ProteaImmun, located in the same building, is maintaining the personal, all lab instruments and the entire equipment as well as the SOPs. The entire expertise remains the same. All current agreements and arrangements with Invitek will be transferred to ProteaImmun and remain unchanged (until such time as mutually acceptable changes are made). In particular, the product range and list of prices remain unchanged.
