免疫检查点分子逐渐被认为是肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶标，它通常被肿瘤细胞“劫持”，以束缚免疫系统发挥有效的抗肿瘤反应的能力。免疫检查点阻断（Immune Checkpoint Blockade）是激活抗肿瘤免疫的有希望的方法。细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4（CTLA-4）和程序性细胞死亡受体1（PD-1）是目前研究的透彻的免疫检查点分子，anti-CTLA4和anti-PD1单克隆药物已经在多种恶性肿瘤的临床试验中展现出不错的疗效。

案例展示

OX40 / CD134是肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）受体家族的成员。它是一种有效的共刺激途径的一部分，当被触发时可以在几种临床前癌症模型以及人类中增强T细胞记忆，增殖和抗肿瘤活性，从而克服癌症的一些免疫抑制性质。

OX40 / CD134 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family. It is part of a potent co-stimulatory pathway that when triggered can enhance T-cell memory, proliferation and antitumor activity in several preclinical cancer models as well as in humans thus overcoming some of the immunosuppressive properties of cancer.

OX40-HEK293 cells were stained with FITC-labeled anti-OX40 antibody and analyzed by FACS.

Y-axis shows the cell count. X-axis shows the intensity of FITC fluorescence.
