风机风量测试台测试要求

1) 该风室为多喷嘴风室，测量范围是 500 ～ 14000m 3 /h 。 　　(2) 试验对象主要以轿车冷却风扇、换热器和风扇换热器的匹配的空气动力阻力试验为主，同时可以满足部分工业风扇和换热器的测量。 　　(3) 风室尺寸大小是 800× 1000mm × 800mm 。 　　(4) 辅助风机配有风机箱，方便了进出气试验的转换，降低了噪声。 　　(5) 5 个喷嘴中间实行常闭或?？?，调节zui小和zui大流量，其他 4 个大喷嘴通过电脑对联有喷嘴盖的气缸气动执行控制，实现了自动化。 　　(6) 整个测试与控制程序在 Labview 平台下开发。
