Description:
Cy3 labeled dextran is one of Nanocs premier fluorescent dextran conjugates that emit red fluorescent light. Cy3 dextran conjugates have excitation/emission wavelength around 550 nm/570 nm. Nanocs provides a variety of chemically functionalized and fluorescently labeled dextran products with light excitation/emission spanned from 400 nm to 800 nm. These fluorescentl dextrans were purified by size chromatography to remove non-conjugated dye molecules and ensure adequate applications both in-vitro and in-vivo.
Dextrans are naturally synthesized polysaccharides with good water solubility, low toxicity and varied molecular weights. Dextrans modified with dyes and other biomolecules have been successfully used as long-term tracers for live cells. Nanocs also provides customerized dextran products for your special needs.
Specifications:
- 1~50 Cy3 dyes on each dextran molecule depends on molecular weight of dextran.
