Gene Bridges - 重組公司
使用Red / ET重組工程允許在任何選定位置克隆，亞克隆和修飾DNA。它允許設(shè)計任何大小的DNA分子，包括非常大的DNA分子，如BAC或大腸桿菌染色體。
紅/ ET重組增加了CRISPR / Cas9的功效以擴(kuò)展基因組研究。作為歐盟資助項目AgedBrainSYSBIO的一部分，我們制定了一項新的人類化大型基因組區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略。通過將CRISPR / Cas9與Red / ET Recombineering組合，我們成功地將 33kb人片段敲入小鼠ApoE基因座。
4-Way Recombineering（4WR）提供了一種新的快速簡化的方法，可在單個體內(nèi)重組步驟中從多4個DNA片段（例如PCR產(chǎn)物）組裝質(zhì)粒。4WR是Gene Bridges廣受歡迎的直接克隆 - 大腸桿菌菌株GB05-dir（目錄號K008）的新應(yīng)用。
