Nor-Cal電動球閥構造原理：Nor-Cal電動球閥有彈密封和金屬的密封兩種密封型式。彈性密封閥門，密封圈可以鑲嵌在閥體上或附在蝶板周邊。采取金屬密封的閥門一般比彈性密封的閥門壽命長，但很難做到完整密封。金屬密封能適應較高的工作溫度，彈性密封則具有受溫度限制的缺點。假如請求電動球閥作為流量把持使用，重要的是準確選擇閥門的尺寸和類型。Nor-Cal電動球閥的構造原理尤其合適制造大口徑閥門。

Nor-Cal電動球閥不僅在石油、煤氣、化工、水處置等一般產(chǎn)業(yè)上得到普遍運用，而且還利用于熱電站的冷卻水體系。常用的電動球閥有對夾式電動球閥和法蘭式電動球閥兩種。對夾式電動球閥是用雙頭螺栓將閥門連接在兩管道法蘭之間，法蘭式電動球閥是閥門上帶有法蘭，用螺栓將閥門上兩端法蘭銜接在管道法蘭上。閥門的強度性能是指閥門蒙受介質壓力的才能。閥門是蒙受內壓的機械產(chǎn)品，因而必需具有足夠的強度和剛度，以保證長期使用而不產(chǎn)生決裂或發(fā)生變形。Nor-Cal氣動球閥由球閥配置氣動執(zhí)行器組成，氣動執(zhí)行器分為雙作用型氣動執(zhí)行器和單作用型氣動執(zhí)行器，通過電磁閥控制，實現(xiàn)球閥開關動作。Nor-Cal氣動球閥可實現(xiàn)智能化控制，快速開啟或關閉管路，能有效的對管網(wǎng)進行控制和管理。
Nor-Cal真空閥參數(shù)等級
1、公稱壓力或壓力級：PN1.0-32.0MPa、ANSICLASS150-900、JIS10-20K；
2、公稱通徑或口徑：DN6～900、NPS1/4～36；
3、連接方式：法蘭、對焊、螺紋、承插焊等；
4、適用溫度：-196℃～540℃；
5、驅動方式：手動、蝸輪蝸桿傳動、氣動、電動、液動、氣液聯(lián)動、電液聯(lián)動；
6、閥體材料：WCB、ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti、ZG1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti、CF8(304)、CF3(304L)、CF8M(316)、CF3M(316L)、Ti。選用不同的材質，可分別適用于水、蒸汽、油品、硝酸、醋酸、氧化性介質、尿素等多種介質。
Nor-Cal偏心球閥
1．流體阻力小，其阻力系數(shù)與同長度的管段相等。
2．結構簡單、體積小、重量輕。
3．緊密可靠，目球閥的密封面材料廣泛使用塑料、密封性好，在真空系統(tǒng)中也已廣泛使用。
4．操作方便，開閉迅速，從全開到全關只要旋轉90°，便于遠距離的控制。
5．維修方便，球閥結構簡單，密封圈一般都是活動的，拆卸更換都比較方便。
6．適用范圍廣，通徑從小到幾毫米，大到幾米，高真空或高壓力都可應用。

此類閥門為現(xiàn)有礦井常用高壓球閥，它承受壓力高，采用U型卡快接方式，在礦井日常生產(chǎn)使用中能夠實現(xiàn)快速安裝及拆卸，方便使用。
卸灰球閥在管路中主要用來做切斷、分配和改變介質的流動方向。卸灰球閥按結構形式可分：浮動球式、固定球式、彈性球式.卸灰球閥主要用于截斷或接通管路中的介質，亦可用用于流體的調節(jié)與控制，卸灰球閥與其它閥門種類相比，具有角行程輸出扭矩，開啟迅速、平穩(wěn)可靠，適用廣泛。卸灰球閥的工作原理是靠旋轉閥戀來使閥門暢通或閉塞。

Nor-Cal壓力限制
銘牌顯示有球閥在zui大和zui小操作溫度下所允許的zui大操作壓力。
使用PTFE或RTFE材質的閥座和密封件，其他類型的閥座和密封件的操作溫度，應受到KI工廠的檢核。
閥的公稱壓力等級（PN），可表明閥在正常溫度狀態(tài)下的zui大工作壓力。（例如：PN4.0，表明其操作溫度在－190C～380C時的zui大工作壓力為40Bar(4.0MPa)。
Nor-Cal電動球閥構造只由少數(shù)幾個零件組成，資料耗用??；體積小、重量輕、安裝尺寸小電動球閥結構圖，驅動力矩小，壓力調節(jié)閥，操作簡便、敏捷，只需旋轉90°即可快速啟閉；并且還同時具有良好的流量調節(jié)功效和封閉密封特性，在大中口徑、中低壓力的應用范疇，Nor-Cal電動球閥是主導的閥門勢。Nor-Cal電動球閥構造原理；Nor-Cal電動球閥處于完整開啟地位時，蝶板厚度是介質流經(jīng)閥體時wei一的阻力，因此通過該閥門所發(fā)生的壓力降很小，故具有較好的流量把持特征。
N系列閥門具有高循環(huán)壽命和在直角和直排式車身上的小腳印。采用不銹鋼nw16，25, 40和50法蘭。所有的N系列閥是氣動的和可選的空氣電磁閥和三種類型的打開/關閉位置傳感器。The N Series Valves feature high cycle life and a small footprint in right-angle and in-line body styles.
