MicroRotofor 微型电泳槽是一种制备型等电聚焦（IEF）仪，它可以将溶液中的复杂蛋白样品按等电点不同分开。无论是单独使用还是做为完整蛋白纯化流程的一部分，MicroRotofor微型电泳槽都可以简单、快速、有效地将蛋白从复杂的蛋白混和物中分离和富集出来。使用MicroRotofor 微型电泳槽，等电聚焦（IEF）是在可自由流动的溶液中进行的。因此，每一个组分都可以非常容易地收集得到，甚至可将某些组分再进行分离。液相IEF对于分离那些在凝胶IEF介质中易于沉淀或分离不好的蛋白更有效。而且，在溶液中进行IEF能够让蛋白保持其天然等电点（pI）。zui后，因为IEF的pH梯度是通过载体两性电解质产生的，所以用户可以随心所欲地造成任意连续的pH梯度，从而真正通过pI值筛选蛋白样品。
